Vendor Set-Up

Set-up time is from 8:00am – 9:45am

Vendors: Please read through these directions prior to arrival…

  • You may arrive as early as 8:00am to begin set-up. I highly recommend setting up as early as possible as customers tend to arrive early.
  • Please check this link for your booth assignment.
  • Staff will be on-site and designated with “Parking” vests on to direct you.
  • Please check in at the driveway gate.
  • You will then be directed to your booth.
  • Booths 1-11: You can either unload from the street, or the main parking lot. We cannot leave this parking lot open or customer will start filling it in & walking around during those 2 hours you are trying to set-up. So we will need to keep closing/opening the gate as you arrive to set-up. Once you are done unloading, please park your car down the long driveway in the barn parking lot (to leave as much space in the main parking lot for customers).
  • Booths 12-36 & 46: You may park on the opposite side of the driveway & unload from there. There is only room for one car. If you have a second car coming, they will need to continue down the driveway to the barn parking lot.
  • Food Trucks & Vendors with Trailers: You can access the space by driving down to the barn parking lot & up the gravel road. You are able to park behind your spot on the grass. Please note that when you leave, you will need to exit the way you came in – there is no exit through the main space.
  • Booths 37-45: To access your booths, you will drive down the main driveway, through the barn parking lot & up the gravel road. You may park on the dirt area behind your booth (but not on the gravel road as we need this for service). Please note that when you leave, you will need to exit the way you came in – there is no exit through the main space.
  • Photobooth & Crêpes: To access your booths, you will drive down the main driveway, through the barn parking lot & up the gravel road. Please note that when you leave, you will need to exit the way you came in – there is no exit through the main space. Your vehicle may park in the barn parking lot.
  • Please remember: we do not provide any tables, tents or power. You are welcome to bring in a generator if needed. The spaces are approximately 12′ wide.
  • If you are selling food items, please be prepared for the Spokane County Health District to inspect your booth. They have already reached out to me regarding the event.
  • At 9:45, our staff will no longer be at the gate helping vendors set-up as they will need to start directing customer traffic.
  • Tear down: You may take as much time as you need to tear down, we are scheduled to be open until 4pm. If there are still crowds, we will continue to remain open, but you are free to load up & leave.
