Vendor Market Information

let’s shop local

Each year, we host a Spring and a Fall Festival on the farm. One of the best parts about these festivals is the Vendor Market. In the fall alone, over 10,000 people attended. As we grow, we expect this number to increase each year. More details on each festival can be found at the following links: Spring Festival | Fall Festival.

Vendor Fairs:

  • Will take place on: 5/12*, 9/22*, 9/29, 10/6*, 10/13*, 10/20*, 10/27. (*Spots are now full)
  • An application is required to participate in our fairs. Our spaces are limited and we will not be able to approve all vendors.
  • Only approved vendors will be permitted.
  • Vendors are not required to attend all days, they may choose from the list of dates that work for them. However, preference for location set-up will be given to those that are able to attend more dates (this makes it much easier to assign spots when the primary spots are consistent vendors).
  • Only applications from vendors who make or curate their products will be accepted (no multi-level marketing).
  • We would like to limit the amount of vendors selling the same items. This means we may have to deny an application just based on the fact that we already have 2-3 vendors that day selling a very similar item.
  • Most spaces are 12′ wide x 15′ deep. Vendors are responsible for bringing in their own tables and/or tents. There is no power available.
  • Once vendors are set-up, we will ask that they use our north parking lot so we can ensure plenty of parking for all of those who are shopping the event.
  • Due to the last minute cancelations, we will be charging a $10 fee per day to attend. We are hoping that this will discourage those that are not serious about attending from applying and taking space from others who are eager. Once you have been approved, instructions for payment will be sent to reserve your spot.
