18′ ceiling height, a beautiful view of Mt. Spokane and a wall of wine barrels – the Barrel Room is the perfect combination of an elegant space in the relaxed atmosphere of the farm.
Located just next door to our Farmshop & Cellar, events are held during our open hours. This provides flexibility during events. You have the option of hosting the bar with drink tickets or allowing guests to purchase their own beverages. The same goes for food – cater with us or allow guests to purchase directly from us.
The space fits all types of events – birthday party, graduation party, celebration of life, baby shower, bridal shower, retirement party, anniversary celebration, corporate events. And yes, if you just eloped at the Courthouse and want a small celebration – you are free to do that as well!
We have two rental period options to choose from: 12pm – 3pm or 4pm – 8pm. All decorating and tear down takes place during this time.
For example, a baby shower from 12pm – 3pm, would probably mean:
12:00 pm – Decorating
12:30 pm – Guests arrive – Party time!
2:30 pm – Tear down
3:00 pm – Exit

Mimosa Bar
Self-service bar will be set-up in the Barrel room for easy guest access. Bar set-up includes orange juice and glasses. $30 per bottle of Bubbles.
Wine Bar
Self-service bar will be set-up in the Barrel room for easy guest access. Bar set-up will include glasses. Wines vary from $24 – $36 per bottle.
Draft Beer Tickets
Buy your guests a beer! Guests may redeem tickets in the Farmshop for any beer on draft. $7 per ticket.
Charcuterie Cups
Kraft cups of individual servings of charcuterie (meats / cheese / olives / nuts / crackers / chocolate). $7 per person.
Flatbread Pizza
Feed your guests. Mix & Match from 4 different varieties. Each flatbread serves 2-3 people. $14-$18 per flatbread.
Tea & Coffee Service
Includes hot water and coffee dispensers, tea, sugars, cream and disposable cups. $100.
- The Barrel Room is available Friday – Sunday.
- No DJ’s, live music or outside sound systems may be brought in. There is already a sound system installed in the Barrel Room (and it’s a good one!).
- No outside food is allowed with the exception of desserts that were prepared in a licensed kitchen (cake, cupcakes, cookies, etc.).
- No outside alcohol is allowed. We offer wine and beer. Please be advised this is a WALCB rule that must be strictly enforced.
- Decorations: no wall decor may be attached to the walls; no confetti or glitter is allowed; no paint, nails or any other items that will leave permanent damage. Candles are permitted so long as there is no candle wax dripped onto the tables/floors/walls.
- No furniture may be removed from the building. You are free to re-arrange tables if needed, but they all must remain.
- Signage may be placed just outside of the door to direct guests. However, no decorations/furniture/displays may be set-up on the courtyard, outdoor area or tasting room (as these spaces will be open to the public).
- Any damage done during the rental period to the building or furniture will be at the expense of the renter. As such, it is the responsibility of the renter to pass on these rules to any guests/people helping to set-up their event.
